NVR-NDR (Pronunciation: Never Ender)
In the mythical universe of NVR-NDR, the boss battles are epic and the journey scrolls endlessly to the right. Our six-eyed, pink-haired hero, [tlr], is armored in pizza, his backpack stuffed with electronic beats.
Inspired in part by video game Final Fantasy VII and anime Neon Genesis Evangelion, Taylor Shechet merges philosophy with geeky cultural references to create a world filled with possibilities. His sole album, Extreme Hyper Impact, provides the template for a new movement he calls Magicore, which draws influence from such disparate musical genres as fantasy metal and J-pop. But music is just the beginning of [tlr]'s adventures. One NVR-NDR comic book has already been released.
In Los Angeles, NVR-NDR plays alongside the brightest stars of the electronic underground, including Captain Ahab, Baseck and Ming & Ping. He also performed with Internet sensation Stephanie Yanez at Anime Expo 2011, the same event where virtual pop star Hatsune Miku was introduced to the U.S. Now he's ready to level up and side scroll across the country for NVR-NDR's first proper tour.
