20120331: Music video for "Never Ender" and Part I of the NVR-NDR comic!
This music video for the song "Never Ender" was shot and edited by Bao Vo Creative. The footage comes from the 2010 recording of the NVR-NDR live album Extreme Hyper Impact. However the music in the video is the "studio" version of the track which was released on the legendary compilation "Spring Cleaning Music: Vol. 1" by Robo! Robotica. This is the first ever NVR-NDR music video!
I am also very happy to finally present the digital incarnation of the first installment of the NVR-NDR comic. A collaboration between my brother Evan Shechet, myself, and Ted Nava.
Further installments coming soon! Check the NVR-NDR "story" section for updates and a new bio written by Liz Ohanesian.

And finally, most exciting of all:
NVR-NDR will be doing a short West Coast tour with Ming & Ping and Mike Diva in early June! Stay tuned for more info on that.

11.03.02 : Solipsistic Nation Interview / Photos from Feb 26th
More photos from the show coming soon, if you have any photos or video please send them my way!
Thank you so much to everyone who helped make that show last weekend the insane psychedelic bonanza that it was. Kid Static is one mega funky mofo, and it was super cool to hear old Kissing Tigers favorites like "I Died in a Mall." Especially thanks to the fantastically spicy Ming & Ping for letting NVR-NDR open the night! What a blast.

I got to do a little phone interview on the end of the newest episode of Solipsistic Nation. Solipsistic Nation is a highly informative free form podcast run by Bazooka Joe, dedicated to "bringing you the best of all genres of electronic music." This episode features a interview with Jack Dangers of Meat Beat Manifesto about his new album "Answers Come in Dreams." I got to do a little shout out about the show and about the new free NVR-NDR live album.

101115: NVR-NDR update

Polo (Stephanie Yanez, Nirf) is now performing live guitar with NVR-NDR. Yay! He rules. So. Hard. I'm working on a cover of July 1st (A Eurobeat remix) by Ayumi Hamasaki as a collaboration with Polo and Stephanie. This is it so far:
July 1st [101122] by [tlr]
Bjorn, AKA Ono-Sendai, has moved back to Los Angeles and will be DJ'ing live for NVR-NDR as well as working on other visual effects.
EXTREME HYPER IMPACT will be released for free download in December 2010, and in other forms shortly thereafter. It's a 20 minute live NVR-NDR album featuring live guitar by Polo and cover art by David Pursley (Starcraft, Diablo) and Oscar Guzman (Masters of Orion). Also included with the release will be several remixes by Sheldon James, Tetsujin, Personal Relations and [tlr].
I am currently booking a West Coast tour with Bubblegum Octopus and Monomate from January 6th to January 15th. If you think you can help with booking or promotion please contact me.
